Try one product at a time for at least 7-10 days.

The suggested dose is 2 capsules 3 times daily. Start off on this dosage and when you are happy with the results, slowly start to taper down the dosage according to your breastfeeding needs.
Not for use during pregnancy. Keep away from children.
Avoid use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family.
